Da Bova si prende l’antica via che conduce al Borgo di Palizzi. Attraversando zone rurali lungo un tratto del Sentiero dell’Inglese, che ripercorre le orme del celebre viaggiatore, artista,  e scrittore inglese dell'800 Edward Lear, tra coltivi di uva, antichi ultiveti e zone naturali di ancestrale fascino. Dopo una prima parte in discesa, in località Muto si superera il torrente San Pasquale che scorre nella Vallata dei Mulini, cosi chiamata per la presenza dei resti di numerosi mulini ad acqua che macinavano il grano. Per poi  risalire e superare la località Cavalli,dove presso la piccola Chiesa di campagna dedicata a San Leo c'è acqua e area pic-nic, e proseguire verso Agrappidà per incontrare i vigneti IGT Palizzi, che  respirano la calura della terra e la brezza del mare. Con l'ultimo tratto, in discesa, si arriva a Palizzi, antico Borgo Grecanico rinomato per la vocazione vitivinicola in cui le cantine chiamate catoj sono ricavate nella roccia. Rientro a Bova lungo lo stesso itinerario dell’andata.

From Bova, take the old road that leads to Borgo di Palizzi. The itinerary passes through rural areas, along a section of the English Way, which follows the footsteps of the famous 19th century English traveler, artist and writer Edward Lear, among vineyards, ancient olive groves and natural areas of ancient charm. After an initial descent, in the village of Muto, you will cross the San Pasquale stream, which flows through the Vallata dei Mulini, so called because of the presence of the remains of numerous water mills used for grinding wheat. Then, climbing up and passing through the village of Cavalli, where there is a small country church dedicated to St. Leo and a picnic area, you continue towards Agrappidà to meet the IGT Palizzi vineyards, which breathe the heat of the earth and the sea breeze. With the last stretch, downhill, you reach Palizzi, an ancient Grecanic village, famous for its wine vocation, where the cellars, called catoj, are dug into the rock. The return to Bova is along the same route as the departure.
